The app offers the following functionalities:
The dashboard gives you an overview of the tickets that need input, tickets that are active and tickets that were (recently) changed
You can search all tickets - either from the dashboard or the list of tickets – using an extensive number of relevant filters
You can create new tickets and add attachments which can be selected from a list of documents or created by using your camera
You can update existing tickets with any comments or attachments that are needed for resolving the ticket
With one click, you can contact the service desk or your primary contact person at Cegeka for the services you subscribe to
